@MTNNG please explain this FiberX renewal system because it makes absolutely no sense.
My subscription was supposed to expire on the 13th. I decided to renew early on the 10th so I wouldn’t wake up one day and find myself disconnected.
Instead, my new expiry date became the 10th of next month.
So what happened to the remaining 3 days I already paid for?
Penalising customers for renewing early is backwards.
You should WANT customers to renew before expiry.
Instead, the current FiberX system basically tells customers
“Don’t pay us early, because if you do, you may lose part of what you already paid for.”
How does that make business sense?
@MTNNG please fix this.
Unused subscription days should carry over when a customer renews early. Customers should not have to choose between losing paid days and risking service interruption.
We already deal with enough “network wahala” in Nigeria. Paying early should give peace of mind, not become another problem.
