I've got a confession to make.
About 3 years ago when I made the leap into Web3 I deleted my LinkedIn account.
I told myself "I'm full-time Web3 now! I don't need this!"
Besides, all our comms is done on X or TG or Discord, right?
Well, I couldn't have been more wrong...
You see, Web3 has been maturing into a space where real world connections matter.
Professional networks matter.
Credibility matters.
While X is still the best place for networking in Web3, I realize that LinkedIn is quickly gaining relevancy.
In fact, there is a whole other world that exists outside our Web3 bubble.
I was cutting myself off from a broader ecosystem.
LinkedIn, for all its corporate sheen is a powerful tool for building trust, and showcasing expertise.
Think investors, founders, partners, or even trad-fi industries curious about Web3 and the blockchain.
I learned the hard way that ditching LinkedIn didn't make me "more Web3". It just limited my reach.
The evolution in Web3 should be about bridging worlds, not burning bridges.
So yeah, I'm back on LinkedIn, rebuilding my profile and connecting with a new era of Web3.
And sure, you can say that's not very Web3 of me - but I'd counter that being Web3 means embracing everyone who is curious about this space.
No matter where they come from.
There are two types of people in this world. Those who leave shit out in the rain, and those who don't.
Which one are you?
45000 people just lost all their money. According to statistics.
What is happening to sales is that the trust layer becomes more important than ever.
Trust first. Pitch second.
something very interesting is happening in the outbound space and Ive not been able to make sense of it -
Just one year ago - accessing quality b2b user data was a hard problem.
you had to scrape apollo, verify leads, pay expensive fees per 1000 people , you then had to verify every lead, remove bad emails, bad catch all's + remove the ones with inbox protection etc
building lists, setting up infra etc were hard problems to solve.
now moltsets, quick enrich, coldiq have all come up with offers where you get unlimited access to all b2b data via api for a fixed cost.
you can also but a @smartlead_ai plan for $300/mo and send half a million emails a month
or you can spin up an infra with microsoft inboxes that sends 500k emails a day (A DAY!) for $6000/mo
The cost of data has now become negligible. The cost of setting up infra has now become negligible. The cost of personalizing messages (although poorly) is also really low.
I have no idea what happens to sales and outbound from here , because this seems more like a bubble with everything becoming commoditized and cheap and easily accessible to everyone.
Time will tell
You guys let me buy the bottom, didn't you?
Just made some buys after a month hiatus trading after turning $500 -> $20k.

If you're an SDR, pivot to literally anything else.
Marc Benioff admits Salesforce never called back its leads...
Now they're calling every one of them, and moving those people into sales roles.
Jason Lemkin thinks the SDR job is gone within 12-24 months.
You DON'T need Salesforce's headcount to do this.
My team runs a Hermes agent that builds the lead lists for almost every client we have.
Anyone on the team messages it in Slack and the list starts building.
10M+ cold emails and $70M+ in pipeline for 100+ B2B companies.
I broke down exactly how it works:
> What Hermes is
> The 20-40 tools it's wired into
> A real request, start to finish
> The 5-part prompt that works
> Lists Clay can't build
> Account research on autopilot
> Why it's cheaper than Clay
Full breakdown is in the article:

I read this one when I was younger. Fantastic finish. Orson Scott Card at his finest.
Ukrainian-developed FPV drone simulator “Remote Reaper: FPV Drone” has officially left Early Access, with version 1.0 now available on Steam.
Developed in collaboration with military pilots, the simulator focuses on combat FPV drone operations and introduces several features in its full release, including armored vehicles with modeled vulnerable zones, electronic warfare effects that can disrupt video feeds and control signals during the final stage of an attack, and a customizable drone editor.
Version 1.0 also adds configurable weather conditions, custom mission editing, real-time flights with other pilots and a racing mode.
Players can use FPV hardware or a gamepad with realistic flight physics, or opt for simplified controls using a keyboard and mouse.

This is still better than 99.9% of the other opus 5.5 motion design slop I've seen on the timeline so far, btw.
There are levels to the GTM game. Heyreach took the long game after experimenting with the high-volume outreach bs.
Now they do high-level signal/ABM and content/event funnels.
Their marketing team and sales team work in perfect harmony together.
Levels.
