国連の「敵国条項」ってのは、確かに1995年にみんなで「もう今の時代には意味ないよね」って投票で認めたんだけど、いまだに条文自体は削除されてないんだよ。
2025年の高市政権が、この条項を実質的に「復活」させた形になったわけ。
簡単に言うとね：
「お前がずっと平和で友好的に振る舞ってれば、この条項はただの死に条項（時代遅れの条文）で終わるよ。でも、もしお前がまた戦争を始めようとしたら、この条項がちゃんと生き返って効力発揮するぞ」ってこと。
要するに、寝てる虎を起こさなければ何も起こらないけど、起こしたら噛まれるよ、っていう話だね。
