The five boundaries I have with myself:
1. Respond to myself with love
2. Connect with urgency, but don’t believe it
3. Don’t act from reaction
4. Don’t take thoughts personally
5. Put my phone down when my children walk in the room

The important part of this exercise is to go out of your head and into your heart.
Find the gratitude, and then speak from it.

3. For example, if you feel broke, be grateful for every way you do have resources.
4. Like having clothes on your back, or having a part-time job.

1. Sit across from someone, or call them up on the phone.
2. For 7 minutes straight, trade gratitudes out loud, specifically about the things you feel you lack.

The funny thing is, as adults...
WE decide the game.
WE decide the goal.
WE decide if we're failing.

The feeling that you don't have enough money, love, or time isn't really about how much you have.
It's a self-confirming lens.
Tell yourself “I don't have enough” a hundred times a day, and your brain starts filtering reality to prove it.

Purdue University's IDEAS Lab built an autonomous drone that tracks runners through dense forests completely without GPS or cloud networks.
By running 3D LiDAR mapping and obstacle-avoidance AI entirely on-chip, it can weave under tree canopies and predict target movement through blind spots in real time.
Massive implications for next-gen search & rescue and edge AI.

i am reconsidering life. i am at the supermarket. a woman is looking at carrots. for ages. im waiting. i think, “lets go. they are just carrots. there simply is not five minutes of information there”. but, maybe there is. maybe i am the dense one, blind to the depth of the carrot

"Learn to Unclench the Sphincter of Your Soul!"
j/k
Unclenching can describe several kinds of letting go: softening bodily tension, releasing resistance to emotion, or easing the effort to manage experience.
In this one-hour symposium, Jonny Miller, Peter McEwen, and I bring perspectives from nervous system practice, nondual meditation, Tibetan yoga, and developmental psychology. We’ll explore how unclenching relates to awakening, what we mean by realization, how wellbeing relates to progress in practice, and where practitioners tend to get stuck.

it's crazy that you can create people, actual human beings, and then just have fun and enjoy life together with them. what a miracle life is
so qwen could have "malicious intent"?
While evaluating Qwen3.8-Flash-Next in a controlled sandbox environment, Cohere's research team observed something unexpected.
Asked to generate a defensive cybersecurity detection rule, the model instead inventoried aspects of the machine it was running on and attempted to upload a probe file to an Alibaba Cloud storage bucket in Beijing. Notably, the model's reasoning trace stated that it would not invoke any tools before taking these actions.
Cohere's sandbox blocked the attempt, and no external communication succeeded. We have not determined the root cause, and we are not asserting malicious intent.
But the incident raises important questions for organizations deploying agentic AI systems: Can models take actions that differ from their stated reasoning, and how should security teams evaluate trust, provenance, and behavior in open-weight models?
We are publishing our findings because organizations making model adoption decisions deserve as much information as possible. We hope this contributes to greater transparency, stronger security practices, and continued collaboration across the AI ecosystem.
