Been testing Claude with ElevenLabs plugged in recently… good for 10 to 20 second videos but I wanted to see if one prompt could do a proper launch video.
We're about to launch Zempo.ai so… recorded a walkthrough of the platform, gave Claude the recording, a link to the site and a "build me a launch film" prompt.
It wrote the script, picked the voice, did the music and the b-roll and cut it. I sent the music back twice for being far too sad and the b-roll back once for being a stuffy office instead of a kitchen.
It is far from perfect… a tad long, doesn't fully sell what the product does, pauses a bit long... a couple of the screens are a bit empty. But the feel is right and the flow shots are better than what I would have picked.
This was pretty much a one shot so sure with time will make it better but as a cost effective launch video these are decent ... Good enough to soft launch with, proper one later.
Where the hell did all my money go?
We’ve built Zempo.ai to help answer that.
Upload your bank statements and see where your money’s actually going. No connecting your bank.
First 3 uploads are free. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Jev vs Claude vs ChatGPT is the wrong question.
Jev is the latest “game changing” AI launch you’re probably being told you need to understand immediately.
If you run a business, you don’t.
I sent it to our CTO and asked a simpler question:
What can this actually do inside a business?
Simplifying massively:
Code: clear rules
Jev: fast, defined decisions
LLMs: language, ambiguity & reasoning
Humans: judgement where it matters
We’re actually testing Jev inside one of our products now. It looks useful for one specific part of the system.
We’re not replacing everything else with it.
That’s the point.
Stop asking which AI wins.
Build the system around your business, then use the right technology within it.
A lot less FOMO. Probably a much better business.
For anyone wondering what Zempo actually is…
One place for your whole financial life. Not hooked to your bank, you just upload a statement from any bank in any country and it reads it, sorts it and tells you where the month went. Documents, policies, renewals all sit in there too. Built for couples so the two of you see one picture.
For companies there's a workplace savings side, employer matching and employee savings with an overview for HR.
I think the biggest question we need to answer is ….. is it just clickbait farming for likes or do we all need to start buying seeds?
Most businesses:
AI → task
Better businesses:
AI → workflow
Very good businesses:
AI → outcome
Exceptional businesses:
Outcome → system → measurement → AI → action → feedback → learning → improved system.
So Bruno Guimarães is leaving Newcastle.
He leaves a legend, and I wish him well. But this is the reality of football.
Kiss the badge, fight for the shirt, talk about your love for the club and being at home. Then a better opportunity comes with more money, and all of that stops existing. And we’d all do the same in his position.
I think I actually learned this during the Ashley era. When everything about the club felt broken, you realised what football actually is.
It’s the city. It’s family. The pints with my dad and cousins pre match. The post match chats in the pub.
The players are actors in a scene, and the scene changes. But the club, the city, the people, they stand.

Interesting piece here from @_rloots for anyone wondering why the AI story isn’t really a software story anymore.
If you have kids and worried about their future with AI … this from @_rloots is a must read
Most businesses have 7 AI tools and zero AI systems. Every tool is doing its job. Nothing is getting smarter.
Everyone uses a dropdown for “how did you hear about us?”
We found that when you switch it to free text, people tell you dramatically more.
“Heard your CEO on Business X podcast”
“Saw a LinkedIn post”
“My colleague Sarah mentioned you.”
Three free text responses. Three signals your attribution dashboard can’t see.
First Signals uses AI to read every free text response and turn it into structured demand intelligence.
$49/mo. Just launched.

Can AI find your website?
We built a free scanner that checks the 7 layers AI agents use to discover and recommend your business.
Most sites score near zero. Ours did too.
