One thing I love about the @ChathamHouse Unconference 2024 was how @improbable1 used the Open Space Technology to have inclusive sessions that were beneficial to attendees.

DID U KNOW the idea for Bechdel Theatre was formed during an Open Space day at CPT, where we gathered (prompted by @improbable1 & @AmyClareTasker) to talk about gender & performing arts.
Like many small companies, we wouldn't exist without this space 💘
