Kamunyes came one by one and we looked on until controlling them became a problem; Bodas came and we looked on till we can’t cool them; Now tuktuks are here, soon taking up highways, let us control them before they get uncontrollable.

I shared this in February. It seems no action has been taken. These tuktuks are exponentially increasing in number and more so on highways. They will soon be uncontrollable. I make another plea, plz let tuktuks be controlled before they become uncontrollable like boda bodas.

I finally understand what Machiavelli meant when he said, "Never play fair in a game where others cheat." It doesn't mean become evil. It means stop being naive. Stop bringing honesty to people who study manipulation, stop giving access to people who weaponize closeness, and stop expecting clean hands from people who already showed you they'll throw dirt. Sometimes wisdom is not revenge. Sometimes wisdom is learning the rules of the room before the room uses your goodness against you.

There is pain that hits hard even when u cannot trace its origin. I hv never met King Oyo, I have never spoken to him. I just respected and liked him from those images of enthronement of an infant king.😭 Sori my Batoro friends, rest well your majesty 😭

Great individual you are! Well done general. You are such an inspiration to many especially those in uniform. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
On 31 July 2026, I completed 47 years of military service to my country, a journey I undertook with dedication, commitment, and love for Uganda. 47 years in uniform. 47 years of service to Uganda. As I close this chapter, I do so with deep gratitude to God, my comrades, the UPDF and the people of Uganda for the privilege to serve. A lifetime in service. A country forever in my heart. 🇺🇬

This morning, we received the body of Hon Hellen Nakimuli from Mulago City Mortuary, where a postmortem examination was carried out. The pathologists say the cause of death has not been ascertained yet, but further tests are being carried out, including an assessment of the surgery that took place yesterday. They’ve informed us that a comprehensive report will be issued soon.
