One of those rare days where the hair, skin, and makeup all come together.

Did I hang posters of Soundgarden and Chris Cornell in my house like a teenager as a woman in her 40s? Yes, I did. The advantages of homeownership, being single, and not giving one single fuck. More to come.

Found this gem from my early 20s. It was part of a photo shoot. I was in radio back then and felt like I “had a face for it”. I was struggling hard with anorexia and bulimia and a friend asked me to be the subject of his shoot. I agreed. I wish I had been kinder to myself.

Opinion time: I’m going to start a substack soon. What kind of content would you all like to see from me? Music, music history, personal stories re: music, tv, film, radio, etc., life, or a mishmash?

When your ex ends a call with “love you”

Someone called me a goth gremlin today. First of all, Chad…

A lifetime ago…

I had this tattoo done several months ago to cover up some scars on my wrist. It’s meant to be a reminder of beauty, love, healing, hope, and the ugly. #stayhere #mentalhealthawareness #endstigma #talkaboutit #youreloved

What are we listening to today? I’m going back with some deep cuts.
