Instead distributing food packets and water packets ,govt should start mass bike,TV, electronic gadgets repairing centers for 2-3 months. NOW People are not looking for food and water at flood effected areas

We welcome Speed trains, at same time we don't expect this much delay (15+ hrs) . 6 seconds is average late for trains in Japan
