29 October marks 24 years since Pakistan-sponsored terrorists barged into our home in Kashmir and shot my mother and uncle dead. They took two lives and stole the childhood of seven children.
Terrorism doesn’t end with death. It leaves families shattered, children orphaned, and wounds that decades cannot heal.
I was one of those children. For 24 years, I have refused to let their crime be forgotten or their victims silenced.
Their attempts to silence me did not end that day. They made repeated efforts to assassinate me for speaking out, but they failed to break my resolve. My commitment remains unwavering: to fight the ideology that breeds terrorism and expose the networks that support, facilitate, and provide logistical assistance to terrorists.
My mother and uncle are gone, but my voice remains. Till my last breath, I will stand against terrorism and speak for those whose lives it has destroyed.

Seventy-nine years ago today, Indian forces landed in Srinagar, and a long night fell over Jammu & Kashmir.
For nearly eight decades, the Kashmiri people have been denied their inalienable right to self-determination, a right affirmed by the UN Security Council. They have endured repression, incarceration and immense suffering, yet their resolve has never broken.
On this solemn day, I pay tribute to the countless Kashmiri men, women and children whose sacrifices keep the flame of freedom alive. Aspirations rooted in justice cannot be extinguished by coercion.
Pakistan stands with Kashmir today and always. We will continue our moral, diplomatic and political support until this dispute is resolved in accordance with UNSC resolutions and the will of the Kashmiri people.

But there is an ad running that tells voters they can’t afford groceries because the United States gives so much money to Israel. In reality, the United States spends money in and on countries all around the world – but this ad singles out the Jewish state. The ad is as dangerous as it is dishonest.
You can disagree with how the United States spends money abroad. But telling hungry families that the Jewish state is the reason they are suffering is wrong and shameful.
Blaming Jews for people’s problems is an old story. Anybody who has read the last century of history knows where it leads. It is a dark pathway.
This ad is anti-Jewish hate and should come down immediately. Abdul El-Sayed should denounce it today.
