Power bills are so high in Los Angeles they’re now reaching $2,000-$3,000+, even the mainstream media is reporting it In response a spokesperson for LADWP just came out and said “We keep very close eye with our financial service office to make sure that our rates are as affordable as possible” You can’t make this up… These people are so damn corrupt You literally have people getting $3,000 bills. You have businesses complaining about $20,000-$30,000 power bills. You have a woman who has a $2,000 residential water bill, mayor Karen Bass is even saying if you can’t pay current bills because they are so high then don’t pay it all right now Then you have the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power gaslighting everyone saying they make sure their rates are “affordable” They literally just increased bills another 7% this last year too on top of all their other fees….

My old home state of Minnesota hosts the nation’s largest Somali population, estimated at 75,000 to over 100,000. Of this, roughly 81% of Somali-headed households are on some form of welfare, 89% with children. On Welfare!!! Why did Obama bring them over to the USA again?

Muslim women are unable to accept when they are given specific instances where women are treated very differently than men in the Quran Things like - Their Prophet Muhammad said women are inferior in religion and the mind - The majority of people In Hell are women - The Quran makes promises for men for the afterlife but doesn’t give anywhere near the same promises for women (I go over a bunch of specific examples of this at the end of the video) - Women are more likely to be thrown into hellfire - Even in paradise, it says that wives, if they annoy their husbands, that Allah is going to destroy them and they're going to be cursed Even when confronted with the exact verses in the Quran, none of these women are willing to accept any of them and have a million excuses This is what a lifetime of brainwashing does

Don’t believe your lying eyes. It was just white French students peacefully protesting for better school conditions. These gaslighting socialists will never admit the catastrophic mistakes that they have made by allowing African and middle eastern migrants into Europe.

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: New York Times just admitted that legal immigration from Muslim-majority countries has PLUNGED more than 90% under President Trump, and new immigrant visas from Africa are down 89% Legal immigration cuts at this scale have not been seen since 1920s! Central Asia visas? DOWN -99%. Middle East, -81% It's now "all but impossible" to migrate to America from nearly 100 countries. Trump cut legal immigration IN HALF: the State Department issued just 26,000 immigrant visas in February, compared with an average of 52,000 a month before he took office. The NYT says his policies made it "all but impossible" to immigrate from 91 countries and cut the visas available to another 61 🔥 I VOTED FOR EVERY SECOND 🇺🇸

Premise: Incentives drive all human behavior. The corollary: How to destroy a country: A vast social security and support system that serves as a magnet for those who would rather not work. An open immigration policy that does not screen immigrants to determine their ability and willingness to provide for themselves and their families. An open immigration policy that does not screen for political and/or religious ideologies that are a threat to the country. Economic incentives large enough to incentivize immigrants on the state dole to have large numbers of children, but insufficient for educated and economically productive mothers to be able to quit to raise a family. The declining fertility of the most educated and productive women due to their delay to begin a family as a result of their desire and/or need to advance their careers, among other reasons, to live a life they deem consistent with their educational achievements and/or to repay their student debts. Amnesty programs that give citizenship and voting power to illegal immigrants without consideration of their economic productivity or their threat to the country due to their religious or political ideologies. The changing demographics and increased population due to the above factors. The state responding to protests by increasing social support. The continued failure to punish and hold accountable violent and looting rioters. Government managed by a massive and growing unelected bureaucracy. Government fraud, waste, and abuse contributed to ballooning budgets. Anti-business legislation that makes it difficult for businesses to compete in a global marketplace being disrupted by AI, including restrictions on firing even poorly performing employees. Overly burdensome, globally uncompetitive, corporate taxation. Continuous increases in personal taxes to raise funds to provide for the rapidly growing welfare state. The substantial majority of the tax burden levied on a small percentage of the population. A growing percentage of the electorate paying no taxes and receiving welfare. The introduction or threat of a wealth tax including the taxation of unrealized gains, i.e., taxes on paper wealth. The flight of the most productive business builders and highest taxpayers to lower tax countries with lesser security concerns. A growing percentage of the electorate voting for candidates that support increased welfare and laws favorable to, and/or that match the cultural and ideological needs and desires of a growing unproductive immigrant population. The rapid rise in anti-semitism and inadequate efforts to address this hatred. Increased borrowing by the state to fund the growing social burden. Higher sovereign interest rates due to all of the above. The resulting need to reduce expenditures to make the math work. Increasingly violent protests that make life less livable for the productive and law abiding citizens leading to their accelerated departure. And so on…

We have Presidents who stay in office for either 4 or 8 yrs. In general, we can survive bad Presidents (we've had several in the last 50 yrs). But I don't think we can survive corrupt Congressional Reps and Senators who stay in office for 30-40 yrs. TERM LIMITS on Congress must match term limits on the Presidency.

I am taking @VP’s Pledge to Protect Americans from Fraud. At Treasury, we follow the money. Over the past year, Treasury returned $175 million in payments that would have gone to deceased individuals and expanded Do Not Pay access to 99% of federal programs. Further, we stopped almost $190 million and returned over $100 million in funds that had gone overseas to U.S. victims. We ordered an audit of approximately $9 billion in Treasury contracts. And Treasury and the IRS proposed stronger eligibility checks for health insurance tax credits. In Minnesota, we took targeted measures to help ensure that taxpayer dollars reach the vulnerable Americans they are meant to support. And we continue working with U.S. banks to prevent government benefits fraud before it happens. But fraud does not stop at our borders, and neither do we. Overseas scam networks and cartels that prey on elderly Americans with fraud schemes are now sanctioned by the United States. Treasury is also making it easier for those with firsthand knowledge of fraud to expose it by accepting confidential whistleblower tips and offering cash rewards. If these fraudsters want to turn on each other, we welcome the assistance. The Trump Administration will not allow criminals, at home or abroad, to profit from programs intended to help vulnerable Americans. home.treasury.gov/whistleblo…

A few controversial things I believe: 1) A grown man with a family has no business getting on a ladder to put up Christmas lights. 2) a larger vehicle is safer than a smaller vehicle. Put your family in an SUV. Period. Crash ratings are a scam. 3) Pitbulls are a public nuisance. 4) politics is a total waste of time. Putting energy towards it is inversely correlated to happiness. 5) earning money is hard. $100k a year is a lot of money. Twitter acts like it’s easy but it isn’t. 6) sports betting is a disaster for society. Quietly destroying a lot of men’s lives. 7) waiting till 35 to think about kids is a huge mistake. These folks are all going to regret not having more, earlier. 8) SEC and Big10 schools are the new Ivy League. Wealthy families want to send their kids there, not Harvard or Stanford. 9) religion is making a comeback. And the people who get serious about it end up with better lives. 10) marrying a doctor or a lawyer is high status, but low enjoyment. These folks live stressful lives with very little flexibility. 11) vaping and weed are better for your body than alcohol, but worse for your career and life. They remove ambition and energy and make you less social. 12) giving our kids 75 vaccines is going to go down in history as a net-negative on society. 13) technology won’t actually advance a lot from here. Our physical worlds will largely be the same 20 years from now. 14) driverless cars are 20 years away. Waymo won’t make it out of the major cities with 25 mile an hour speed limits. 15) Virtual reality won’t become a thing. Nobody has any use for it. 16) 99% of people have no use for AI and it has reached 90% of its potential utility. Massive waste of electricity on the whole. 17) Web3 is a joke. Crypto is worthless. Bitcoin is a fad and is 100% speculative. Massive waste of electricity. Solves a problem that doesn’t exist. 18) electric vehicles will not become mainstream. They do more harm to the environment than good. Creating them and disposing of them is an environmental catastrophe. 19) Starlink is a miracle and ads 10x more value to society than the previous 5 things on this list combined. Elon needs a Nobel prize. 20) the fed has done a great job over the last 3 years with rates. 21) nuclear power is the only way forward. Solar and wind are not sustainable and are a total waste of money. Oil and gas is the only viable solution today and America should invest heavily in more production. 22) Silicon Valley influencers and Tech titans are out of touch with the true needs of Americans. They could benefit by spending some time in a Walmart. Most people are trying to figure out how to put food on the table. They don’t need another app for their meta glasses. What’s something you believe that isn’t a common belief? Which one am I wrong about?

Mortgage lenders will lose far more during the developing mortgage crisis than they did during all of the GFC. From 2007–2010, realized losses on defaulted mortgages totaled about $450 billion. There is currently about $8.3 trillion in outstanding fixed-rate mortgages with an average rate of 4.6% and 25 years left to maturity. Given that current rates are 7.5%, the mark-to-market losses on those mortgages are already about $2 trillion. When rates rise to 8.5%, the loss will rise to $3 trillion! That means even without a single default, on paper mortgage lenders have already lost over four times more than they lost during the GFC. That loss will grow to nearly seven times as much when mortgage rates hit 8.5%. Worse, during the GFC, since mortgage rates plunged, lenders had mark-to-market gains on all the outstanding mortgages that did not default. Since only 10% of the mortgages defaulted, those unrealized gains totaled about $1.75 trillion. That provided a huge cushion that today's mortgage lenders no longer have. In fact, when mark-to-market gains were taken into account, mortgage lenders actually made $1.3 trillion during the GFC. The current situation is therefore orders of magnitude worse. The impending disaster was created by the Federal Reserve holding interest rates so low for so long, and the FHA and GSEs guaranteeing 30-year fixed-rate mortgages, which allowed borrowers to lock in such low rates for such long durations. That sowed the seeds for the perfect storm of financial destruction that is about to hit.
