Been working on a special state machine locomotion system for a prototype #PaperZD game in #UnrealEngine! 🎮 The player character moves in 8 directions, smoothly working on both keyboard/mouse and controller. Includes idle, run, jump, shoot animations in 8 directions. 3D character animations ran in #blender and converted to spritesheets with a Python script, capturing that 8-16 FPS paperbook feel.
