as Ukraine arrives in Canada for a multi-decade deal, we have to be wide-eyed that not only has there been tremendous corruption, but the corruption will be partially financed through loans selling out the future of ukraine's wealth / commitments. take into account forced conscription, the tremendous loss of numerous human souls, a conflict looking for peace, ukraine representing a proxy war among great powers - what values are we funding exactly?
