It is not backed by data! The data from various surveys are attached alongwith👇 The govt's own data disputes this fact. According to 8 studies and the census undertaken by the govt between 1980 til date, the General Category population is between 30-31%. If OBC-creamy layer is considered, General Category population would further increase by 3-5%. Following is the data without OBC-creamy layer: 1. Scheduled Castes: 16.6% - 17% 2. Scheduled Tribes: 8.6% - 9% 3. Hindu and Sikh OBCs: 27-28% 4. Muslim and Christian OBCs: 16-18% (more than 85-90% of the Muslims and Christians are classified under OBCs) 5. General Category: 30-31%

In Bombay High Court, they have submitted following data from period of 2014 to 2024 (when they themselves were in power): -𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗝𝗣'𝘀 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 260% 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 36.76% 𝘁𝗼 94.32% -𝗕𝗝𝗣 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 400% 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 8% 𝘁𝗼 31.17% -𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗝𝗣'𝘀 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲, 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 42 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 4200% 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 0.32% 𝘁𝗼 13.70% -𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 10 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗝𝗣'𝘀 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 58.76% When you try to fudge the data for pushing unconstitutional reservations, you end up with this type of absurdity. If we take BJP's submission at face value, then should it continue in power? They themselves are destroying people, as per this data😂😂
