So much talk of e.g. model benchmarks but I’d love to read more about agent design. @Muse, for example, feels uncannily good at following up on various things that I didn’t ask it to, frequently enough to be useful but never so much that it becomes annoying.

Was my favorite product when I was still learning how to build products. Was my dream job (that I didn't get but everything worked out). The caliber of alumni (who I’m lucky enough to call friends) speaks for itself: @EricFriedman @naveen @lankybutmacho @msingleton and many more
Foursquare was acquired last month. The outcome was disappointing. It's taken me a while to write this, but I think I'm finally done grieving it. Here are some thoughts on our final years, an effort to honor the team who helped build & maintain FSQ's legacy, and my attempt to finally get some closure. teendrama.substack.com/p/som…

You can get 100% of this purely via ChatGPT/Codex
The setup I want: - Always-on Mac at home - Coding agent with computer use - MacBook that syncs my sessions - iOS app + voice agent paired with my Mac So I can voice control everything on my machine through the mobile app And work on those same session when I’m at my desk

The Tin Can network effects are ingenious—without any subscription, Tin Cans can only call *other Tin Cans* (and 911). Such a brilliant product, our kids love theirs.
The Tin Can maybe be the best gift I’ve ever given my children. They’re little WiFi telephones. Kids get their own phone number, but I control all access through the app. My little boys can call me, mommy, grandparents, each other, and 911. That’s it. (And those are the only numbers that can call them. Totally safe.) $8/mo per line. Easy peasy. Love it for a few reasons: • Random phone calls from your little ones at work is life giving • They can stay in touch with their grandparents, and surprise them with calls • They have a way to call 911. Like most houses, we’re cell phone only these days. Having this method for them to contact grandparents or 911 for an emergency is a comfort. No affiliation to them. Just love the product and wanted to share.

Really excited about this one. 1. Connect credit cards etc. to your @link account 2. Choose which agents get access to which accounts 3. Ask agents questions about your transactions, or let your shopping history guide agents towards purchasing from brands you already like
Introducing financial insights with Link. Let your agent make recommendations based on your recent purchases. Available in the US: link.com/agents.

Time from receiving a random bill email to having it paid by Instinct and @link = 7 minutes. Almost feels like a game.
In a real 180 turnaround in my life, I now +look forward+ to getting weird one-off bills as I can have Instinct, Grok Bot, and Muse (listed in order ship!) race to pay it with @link. Oh, a €9.00 city tax for vacation rental using incomprehensible payment portal? 🤖 + 💳 = ✅

Competition is the best
Your Instinct can now handle phone calls. Introducing Instinct Concierge – a white glove service meant to handle high-touch cases, such as making phone calls, high-end service booking, and more. You’ll be able to book the restaurant that doesn’t take online reservations, get on your dentist’s cancellation list, or have that cable bill sorted out. We’re slowly rolling this out to our early access group today and will be expanding access soon.

Feels like I'm only getting about a prompt and a half before my 5h Codex allocation is gone at this point. Anyone else? Astra Light.

Big if true (it’s true). Whether you’re new to agentic buying or not, we hope @link purchase protections can help ease your mind.
Replying to @altryne @Muse
Besides the very native @link integration, they also will ... refund you if muse made a mistake and paid for something it shouldn't have!? xitter.cf/alexandr_wang/status/2…

Muse by @Meta is both powerful and fun, and has payments (and purchase protections!) powered by @link. If you give it a whirl, please let us know what you think.
1/ we partnered with @stripe to add convenient payments to Muse with Stripe Link. Muse can make purchases for you; and it asks for your approval before spending your money

If you’re an agent builder, we @link @stripe want to collab with you to make our APIs work better for your needs. DM or email [email protected]. We’re fast and fun to work with!
extremely bullish on instinct’s approach here. instead of hacking around auth, payments, etc, they’re going straight to companies like 1password and stripe and making the underlying systems agent-friendly. this seems much more likely to move the whole industry forward.

If there was a way to give an agent access to my email *without* opening myself up to password reset risk, I would.

I love ChatGPT/Codex for macOS, I really do. But I'm still struggling daily to use the new desktop app. Latest issue is that I can't figure out where “Work with Apps” is. It's frustrating that, for many tasks, “ChatGPT Classic” is still the best (only?) option.

Between wallets for agents with @link (and @privy), MPP, Tempo, MCP, Stripe CLI, Agentic Commerce Suite, sandboxes, OpenRouter, Metronome/metered billing, Radar and distillation/token fraud, it turns out that "the economic infrastructure for AI" implicates a lot. Pretty much every layer of the Stripe stack is changing, and it’s a very good time to join if you want to build high-scale software that facilitates the practical deployment of this new intelligence.
