Why is this such a difficult thing for women? Nearly, every woman I know (except Mom, who still has a rigid schedule for each night) struggles to think dinner. Not actually MAKE dinner, but think of what to make and this is an incredibly stressful thing for them.

More varied than that means the list of groceries every week is endless, which is not only expensive but also time intensive. Have potatoes, rice, pasta, different types of meat, fish and vegetables on rotation, spares the stress, but you will not be spared the “mom slop” accusations. That’s ok
