I personally reached out to @kanwalful any way I could. I couldn’t reach her. I get that she is busy and I respect that.
I also know there are thousands of posts awaiting approval but during that time the most random post got approved but my post didn’t.
B) @CareemPAK’s claim of keeping safety of their customers especially female customers top priority (despite I have always experienced opposite) keeps ringing in my head every time I have to choose a service & I am inclined to book a Careem ride rather than any alternatives’
I clearly mentioned I am not expecting for any kind of compensation yet @CareemPAK customer care representative had to throw the, “we are not authorized to take any action”
@CareemPAK please train your customer care representatives to use their brains while responding rather than copy pasting a scripted response.
Also, do not contact me because I do not want to listen to more false assurances when nothing changes!
