Today we’re announcing @kodezi Chronos-1.
After years of research, iteration, and failure, we’ve built something radically new.
Chronos-1 is the world's first large language model purpose-built for debugging.
Unlike LLMs that just autocomplete, Chronos-1 understands, diagnoses, and heals code. While most LLMs are trained to generate code, Chronos-1 is trained to investigate, remember, and resolve it.
What makes Chronos-1 different:
- Debugging-first architecture
- Multi-level memory engine trained on millions of bugs, logs, and test cases
- Adaptive retrieval that scales to entire codebases
- 23% better bug detection and 40% fewer debugging cycles in real-world evaluation
- Native integrations with IDEs, CI/CD, and observability workflows
Chronos-1 powers Kodezi OS, your AI-native CTO that autonomously maintains, evolves, and governs your codebase. Kodezi OS exits beta in Q1 of 2026.
We’ve raised a fresh round of funding and are focused on becoming the leader in code maintenance. We’re hiring cracked engineering and product talent, with base starting at $200K. If you’re interested in building the future of code maintenance and helping shape how software heals and improves itself, message me.

Grateful to have spoken at SXSW London 2026 as part of The Machines Are Learning at Bangla House.
Shared my perspective on building Kodezi, how AI is changing real work inside engineering teams, and why the people building these systems matter just as much as the technology itself.
Thank you SXSW London and Bangla House for creating space for this conversation.
Super excited to share that I’ll be speaking at @sxsw London 2026 on June 4 as part of The Machines Are Learning, curated by Bangla House.
I started building in AI as a teenager with one question: why can’t software understand what broke and help fix itself?
That question became Kodezi.
Excited to join this conversation on AI, human-machine collaboration, and the future of intelligent systems.
See you in London.

I didn’t drop out of college. I skipped it entirely to build Kodezi.
At 17, I was cold emailing investors from my bedroom.
At 22, we’ve raised millions and built a team rethinking code maintenance.
Grateful to Business Insider for telling the story.

The real risk is not burn or fundraising, it is whether OpenAI can keep compounding trust and product coherence as fast as it compounds revenue.
I don’t buy the “OpenAI is falling apart in real time” take.
1. Yes, they’re losing tons of money. But do you think AI is a normal technology? It’s 100x more transformative than the Industrial Revolution. Burning $14B a year is nothing.
2. Sam can raise for sure. He can get VCs to chase him with billions, even though everyone knows the company is losing money. I think CEOs like Sam will be among the last people AI replaces.
3. ChatGPT is ~$20B in ARR, and ads just launched. I hate ads, but they’ll drive a lot of revenue.
Humans are not done. Writing code is no longer the bottleneck.
Holy moly: The creator of @nodejs has just admitted that the era of humans writing code is over.
There is no denial anymore.
