This isn’t a cry from help, don’t worry about me. It’s more just I need to state it somewhere in some way knowing it’s seen somewhere.

This was supposed to be a fun trip. But I’m not okay. There is this pit in my stomach. And am having to fight just breaking down in my vehicle in some random parking lot. I am just screaming this into the void because… I need it out there somewhere, that I’m not okay.

It really do be that way sometimes

But this work here, is more of a hobby rather than something that pays the bills for me. While Design + Tech keep the lights on. So as Capital dictates I do not have much of a choice where my mental bandwidth goes.

I am very interested in the bridge between design, tech, and product. And I do it from a psychoanalytically informed angle. So everything I’ve done here informs my design and tech work.

So I will still have this account and post on it, and maybe even actually return to writing Substacks or making Video essays. But if you’re interested in me as a person, that is where I am more often nowadays.

I still read theory, and talk politics, but as my career has progressed in Tech + Design I am mainly over here at: @noahdesign_ I could combine my accounts, but I feel the reason most people follow me here outside of friends is for Psychoanalysis, Philosophy, and Politics.

And I mean this happens in unexpected ways. I’ve been working on a project in Python that works with FFMPEG and After Effects, and I connected the way I was thinking about it to something I read in Zizek that he was pulling from Hegel.
