Over the years, criminalization of survivors (yes, minor survivors) despite the clear evidence of their own victimization. While most in the field are familiar with this damaging trend, we found it critical to contribute to the professional dialogue via peer reviewed articles.
This article was born out of our staff's experience and particularly, Dr. Countryman-Roswurm's experience of advocating for a survivor. We wanted first to narrate the steps CCHT took to advocate for a survivor and provide practical steps for others doing the same.
Join Dr. Roswurm for this training on the criminalization of survivors following the release of her two latest peer reviewed journal articles. Link here: combatinghumantrafficking.coโฆ
