There ain’t no golden era. Every smart human that ever lived romanticized the times of two generations ago. When we got farms, mind’s eyes all looked to the age of stalking wild game with light feet and spears. When man made tractors we turned wistfully to mule and plow.

Thank you brother Jay ♥️

ICYMI Zach Russell told his record label to fuck off, built a recording studio in his attic and made the least self-conscious, deliciously weird alternative country record you’ll hear in 2026. This is what freedom sounds like.🔥

Glad you appreciate it 🤙🏻 I bet I’m the first person to ever say that in a song 🤣

The homie Zach has done it again y’all. This is hillbilly music by god; none of that cul-de-sac cosplay country. This man has something real to say “gonna usurp the serpents, if they won’t repent, cause my momma can’t pay her rent, they still take her money to blow up kids”

I made this record with my bare hands. I split the pieces out of old fallen logs with wedges and a hammer. I clawed it out of the dirt and made mortar from the dirt under my nails. New record out now.
