I obviously have not enjoyed the previous few years of cod and stepped away mostly. But MW4 on controller is a pretty enjoyable experience. Sniping will be good on MnK but the visibility in gunfights is unmanageable and the screen shake is insane. Looking forward to this year
I saw @InfinityWard has reduced visual recoil slightly. Idea for beta to get best data for your studio going forward. Add a visual recoil slider like we have for FOV. That will show you how little everyone wants it and you can adjust accordingly based on numbers for launch.
there's nothing gritty or aesthetic about visual recoil or visual clutter
you can nail a set and setting without making the actual gunplay punishing for mouse and keyboard players
visibility shouldn't be a luxury in a gunfight
Day 1 of tagging @InfinityWard to let them know that nobody wants the hardest thing in the game to be seeing who they are shooting at. Please someone who has played tell me it’s better than what they have shown

Call of Duty's visibility is atrocious. The slightest amount of fall/gas/gun damage causes extreme screen shake, blur, and discoloration. Like this is laughably bad... even for a controller game.
Get rid of it, @InfinityWard. It makes your game look and FEEL substantially worse.
If you guys have been keeping up you know I LOVE Marathon. Right now the Meta is the worst it could possibly be. If you dont have Misriah you die to it. They only way to reliably get more is to use it to kill teams with it. If you run out your screwed. Meta needs rebalance
I feel bad for all of the people that didn’t give marathon a chance because of art style or how the graphics looked. This is one of the best games I’ve ever played. Idk how long this feeling is going to last. But it’s WZ 2019, destiny 1, pubg type of dopamine.

Over the weekend @AdaptivDefense ran our first C200 Carbine Course.
The C200 course is designed to teach how to setup, train, and use a duty-style carbine 0-200m with drills and standards across those ranges. This is an entirely unique offering, as most courses exist within PCSL or USPSA ranges where you learn valuable skills 0-50 yards (maybe 100) , or as precision gas gun offerings that teach how to use a scope from 100m - 1000m with 1MOA or less gun / good ammo.
C200 draws from data from WWII - Now and aggregate data from Law Enforcement that demonstrates the most likely engagements with a carbine occur 0-200m. So we orient our training and equipment to the most likely course of action, and after a bunch of testing drills and training we built the C200. Credit to @LucasBotkin for the overall idea.
Element Training Complex in Northwest Florida built us a custom bay to run this course that allows us to have students shooting out to 200m while others are doing movement and transitions drills in the same bay.
This course is incredibly challenging. We will be running two more in April.
Here I am demonstrating a 40 yard Bill Drill (6 rounds) in front of a full class. The objective is to have a mount and consistent pressures that allows my gun to return naturally to my initial point of aim with no adjustments on my behalf. 6 Alpha, 2.58 sec.
I didn’t expect to ever enjoy arc raiders as much as I have. That being said after 450 hours I’m just over TPP. I’m beyond ready for Marathon and thankful Arc got me into extraction shooters after having been on the BR grind for so long. Hoping Marathon can deliver
If you guys are wondering how to get the ultimate Dad lobbies in Arc Raiders we cracked the code

Actually watched the Paul vs Joshua fight. He was just trying to survive vs a far superior fighter. Props for being in there with him though. Joshua is a monster
