I decided to build Nivaro after doing a lot of research and talking to people.
I want you to open one record and find the enquiry, booking, notes, and proposal, instead of searching separate apps.
I'm excited! I'm also nervous about spending months on something nobody would use.
If you work 1:1 with clients:
How many places would you have to check to reconstruct the full history of one client?
Maybe your marketing funnel isn't failing because it's 'broken'.
It's failing because it's designed with you in mind. Not your audience.
Get out of your head and into their world.
Last month, I was staring at my laptop screen for 10 minutes straight.
The cursor hovered over the "Join Meeting" button for Osama's podcast. My mind raced with all the usual excuses:
"I'm not a video person"
"What if I mess up?"
"Maybe I should reschedule..."
(Fun fact: I've built an entire business around marketing, yet I get sweaty palms thinking about being on camera)
But here's the thing:
The best stories often start with uncomfortable moments. So I clicked that button.
What followed was one of the most honest conversations I've had about my journey:
→ The day I walked out of college, with nothing but a whole lot of uncertainty
→ How I stumbled through freelancing (and how I made it work)
→ The moment I realized email marketing was my thing and how I make it work for my clients
No sugar coating. No success porn. Just real talk about what it takes to build something meaningful on your own terms.
(Warning: If you're looking for another "quit your job and make 6-figures in 6 weeks" story, this isn't it)

P.S. Did I conquer my video fears? Not really. But sometimes the best lessons come from doing exactly what scares us.
Your audience doesn’t care about your credentials or your 'why.'
They care about how you’re going to solve their problems.
Stop navel-gazing and focus on them.
High-pressure tactics aren’t just sleazy, they’re lazy.
If you need to manipulate people into buying, your offer isn’t good enough.
Fix your messaging, not your morals.
Stop competing on price and start competing on value.
If your email strategy is all about discounts and promotions, you’re training your audience to value your offer less.
I shouldn't even have to say this.. but I stand for straightforward, no-nonsense marketing.
The kind that respects your audience’s time, solves their problems, and doesn’t resort to tricks or fluff.
Because that’s what builds trust.
My work isn't about getting people to say 'yes' to your offer.
It's about helping them see why your offer is the solution they’ve been looking for.
Clarity and alignment are everything.
If you’re trying to “sell” on the sales call, you’ve already lost.
There’s a reason why our clients are able to sell $3k, or $5K+ offers so easily.
It’s because a sales call isn’t where they convince someone to buy.
It’s where they confirm what the person already believes.
They come to the call already thinking:
“This is the person who understands me”
“This is the solution I need”
“I just need to clarify a few things before I’m in”
If that’s not happening with you, the problem isn’t the call.
It’s your process leading up to it.
Most people try to fix this by tweaking the wrong things.
They rehearse scripts.
Learn how to “close” better.
Memorize objection-handling techniques.
But the truth?
The success of your sales call starts long before you ever hop on Zoom.
Here’s how you fix it:
__________
1) Build trust before they even reach out.
Your emails, content, and messaging should do 80% of the work.
They’re your chance to show:
→ That you “get it”… you know what they’re struggling with and why
→ That you’ve helped others like them achieve the results they want
→ That you’re a human, and position you as the person they trust… not because you say so, but because you demonstrate it
By the time they book a call, they should already feel connected to you and confident in what you offer.
__________
2) Eliminate resistance early
Most objections happen because of uncertainty.
Your job isn’t to wait for those objections to pop up… it’s to address them proactively.
Your content should:
→ Answer their unspoken questions before they have to ask
→ Overcome doubts and concerns before they become a barrier
→ Paint a crystal-clear picture of the transformation your offer provides
When you handle resistance upfront, the call becomes a space to focus on their goals, not their fears.
__________
3) Remember: The goal is clarity, not pressure
By the time someone hops on a call with you, they should already believe that working with you is the right move.
Your job isn’t to “sell” them. It’s to help them confirm:
“Yes, this is exactly what I need”
“Yes, this person understands me”
“Yes, I’m ready to move forward”
And if they’re not ready?
That’s okay too.
Pressure creates resistance, not results.
__________
So, if you’re constantly “selling” on the call, you’re skipping the most important part of the process:
Building trust and addressing resistance beforehand.
And email is one of the easiest, most effective ways to do that.
Fix your process, take advantage of your email strategy, and your sales calls will stop feeling like a fight to close.
They’ll start feeling like an easy, natural next step.

P.S. If you’re ready to stop “selling” on sales calls and start using email to build trust, eliminate objections, and create effortless yeses, I can help.
I've worked with 30+ clients, run $50K+ launches, helped them sell offers worth $5K+ effortlessly, and much more!!
Send me a message and let's chat to see if we're a great fit to work together.
Most people fail to sell high-ticket through their emails. Here’s why:
They try to sell high-ticket offers the same way they’d sell a $97 course or a $19 template.
With urgency tactics, endless discounts, or feature-stuffed pitches that scream “Look how great this is!”
But here’s the truth:
People don’t buy high-ticket because you made it sound great.
They buy because:
• They believe you get them
• They believe you can help them
And that’s the problem.
Most of you haven’t figured out how to earn that trust with your email subscribers.
Here’s what you don’t realise:
1) It’s not about the price tag
High-ticket buyers aren’t asking, “Can I afford this?”
They’re asking, “Is this worth it?”
And that’s a much harder question to answer because it’s not about numbers… it’s about perception.
Does your offer feel like the only solution to their problem?
If not, they’ll hesitate.
2) They’re betting on you, Not just the offer
When someone hands over $3K-$10K, they’re not buying your features, your workbook, or your process.
They’re buying belief.
Belief that you can deliver.
Belief that you understand their challenges.
Belief that you’re the person who can help solve it.
If you haven’t earned that trust, good luck closing the sale.
3) Your messaging needs to do the heavy lifting
High-ticket sales rarely happen in a single interaction.
(Unless the need is very urgent)
Your audience needs to hear from you, connect with you, and feel supported by you long before they hit “buy.”
That’s where most people drop the ball.
They either oversell, pushing people away.
Or undersell, leaving potential clients stuck in doubt.
Eventually, one (or all) of these is happening:
→ Your messaging isn’t speaking directly to your ideal buyer
→ Your emails are all about you instead of what your audience needs
→ You’re rushing the relationship instead of building trust over time
This can’t be solved by pushy tactics or flashy funnels.
They need precision, empathy, and messaging that actually connects.
And that’s what I help online business owners like you do.
✔️ Position you as the expert your audience wants to work with.
✔️ Build trust at every stage of the journey… so your audience feels confident investing in you.
✔️ Turn your high-ticket offer into the only logical choice without ever feeling pushy.
Because here’s the thing:
When you nail your messaging, your audience isn’t wondering “Should I?”
They’re thinking “How soon can we start?”
And if you’re tired of getting on countless (often unnecessary) discovery calls to close clients, it’s time to change the way you’re selling.
Because your audience is ready.
The question is, are you?

P.S. If your emails aren't making sales, hire me to do it for you (Helped 30+ clients with a direct impact of ~$3.5M+).
Send me a message and let's chat to see if we're a great fit to work together.
If you're going to ask me "What are your goals for 2025?" so you can pitch your services to me, my answer will be...
World domination!!
Sometimes you get a NO.
In fact, you'll get a NO a lot of times.
The best thing you can do?
Keep doing your thing and keep moving towards that YES.
Let me guess.
You’ve spent hours crafting the perfect welcome sequence.
Your evergreen emails are polished and professional.
Your lead magnets are also hyper targeted.
You’re constantly attracting new subscribers you know could benefit from what you’re offering.
But…
… nothing!
A few clicks here.
A polite reply there.
But where are the sales?
You refresh your stats so many times you lose count, hoping for a miracle.
And when it doesn’t come, you start wondering:
Is this even worth it?
Here’s the truth:
It’s not what you’re offering.
(Unless you haven’t sold it anywhere else yet)
It’s definitely not you.
When what TF is it?
It’s your email sequences.
They could be falling short in three critical areas that most business owners don’t even realize are make-or-break.
Wanna know what these are and how to fix them so you can start making sales that you're currently losing?
That's exactly what I'm covering in the newsletter today.
Goes out in a few hours → bit.ly/3ZLSoVz
✊
You wake up, grab your coffee, and check your inbox.
And *ping*... another sale notification pops up.
You didn’t send a sales email yesterday.
You didn’t launch a new product.
You didn’t DM anyone to "circle back."
But your email sequences?
They’ve been doing all the heavy lifting while you slept.
(Yes, it's cliche.. but it's true)
A new subscriber joined your list and was greeted by a relationship-building sequence that built trust, shared your story, and made them think, “Wow, this person can really help me.”
A subscriber who clicked on an email you sent two weeks ago got pulled into an evergreen promo sequence that answered their objections and nudged them over the edge.
And now?
VOILA! Another sale (on autopilot).
This isn't something magical or secretive.
It's building trust, showing competency, capturing intent, and delivering the right offer at the right time.
I already do this for my clients that generate $2K-$20K+ each month using smart email sequences that:
✔️ Build relationships without being pushy
✔️ Convert leads without the constant follow-up
✔️ Work 24/7 so you don’t have to
And here’s the best part:
I’m going to show you how to do it too.
(I already do it in my content and emails, but for the first time... I'm doing it LIVE).
I'll be joining two incredible experts i.e. Hasan and Collin who’ll cover:
→ Launch strategies
→ How to sell consistently with newsletters
And I’ll be diving into the nitty-gritty of using automated sequences to build relationships, nurture leads, and sell without lifting a finger again and again.
So, if you’re tired of:
• Chasing leads manually
• Wondering why your emails aren’t converting
• Missing out on the revenue your email list should be generating
This event is for you.

Oh, and guess what?
It's completely FREE.
(But it's live, so obviously the spots are limited and there won't be any replays)

Just like most people... when I started online, I made these mistakes:
• Underestimating the effort required
• Chasing fast money
• Ignoring the basics
It's been 7 years now. After all this time, I've realized:
• Value of persistence
• Importance of a solid plan
• Power of gradual progress
Please don't be like me!
Focus on what matters + what actually makes a difference.
One of the biggest lies you’ve been told?
"Just posting on social media is enough"
It’s enough for being a creator.
Not for running a business.
To build a successful online business, you need more than scattered posts.
You need a STRATEGY.
If I broke it down into just 3 critical steps, it’d look like this:
→ Attention
→ Demand/Intent
→ Conversion
Here’s how it works:
1) Capture attention
Find a platform that makes people stop and notice:
– Social media
– Search engines
– Forums
2) Build intent
Turn their attention into desire and trust:
– Email marketing platforms
– CRMs
3) Convert with confidence
Guide them to action with a seamless process:
– Your website
– Checkout system
– Personalized sales flow
Here’s the problem:
Most people try to cram all this into one platform.
Why?
Because they see influencers doing it.
Or they skip a step altogether… jumping from Attention ⇢ Conversion.
What does that leave you with?
🚩 Unreliable sales
🚩 Limited growth
🚩 A business at the mercy of algorithms
The truth is, you need more than tactics.
You need a strategy that scales as you grow.
One that lets every piece of the puzzle do its job.
Are you running a strategy like that? Or are you still guessing?
