Principle of my life:
Everything happens for a good reason, even though we don't always know the reason.
In case you needed to hear this -
You are perfect as you are, you don't need to change who you are. ❤️
You can always be true to yourself, no matter what.

I save infinite things on my Instagram as "Things to Try", so just sharing one of the things that I actually implemented today.

If you feel like you're not doing enough whenever you open social media, don't focus on the negative feelings you get.
Stop and ask yourself, "how can I make progress? What exactly is making me feel bad?"
You'll learn so much about yourself & the direction you want to pursue.
Very weird thought -

I wish they got periods, we could save a lot of lives. 😋
I think the problem isn't just understanding "No" means "No"
It's also important to understand that everything means "No" unless there's a clear "Yes".
