like sanji had to get close to zoro and slip his hand down the haramaki to do it. the fact that zoro didn't realise he had a den den mushi with him implied that sanji slipping his hand in his haramaki was normal enough occurence that he didn't think anything of it ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ
