Thank you Senator Griffo!
The Senate passed this bill, which I cosponsored, before session ended this morning. I am urging my colleagues in the Assembly to take similar action before they leave Albany for the summer.

One more thing @mikepompeo, can you explain how allowing PBMs to set up offshore accounts for their GPOs benefit tax paying citizens? And exactly how a GPO benefits anyone in healthcare other than a stockholder? Being the expert that you are, I’m certain that you have answer.

Is defrauding the tax payers out of money for self profit not Fraud Waste & Abuse? How big do I have to be to operate on the other side of this double standard? If I owned a PBM, could I underpay CVS and Walmart while overpaying myself with tax$$? @ChuckGrassley @FTC @RonWyden
