Meine Antwort ⬇︎
Was haltet ihr davon?
me when a canddiate signs after a 3months hiring process which seems to be standard for some reason in Switzerland-2026.
Iwan to old client: If you hire we can help.
Client:" Right now, we're experiencing the same phenomenon as everyone else: AI, and that's leading to fewer people...."
Who else?
It is true that companies stopped hiring juniors,
but then again, can't you do work at 5x speed now? 🤷♂️
just preted tha you're NOT a junior.
at this point, i would say "stretching the truth on the cv" is OK, if you can deliver when hired.
Will you believe my recruitment agency started with me going to hundreds of meetups with a 10CHF t-shirt saying "WANT A TECH JOB NOW IN ZURICH , SPEAK TO ME NOW" : D ✌️🤷♂️
Some nice man remembered about me - by posting in a group :D
(worst haircut ever.🙈)
it gets worse before it is getting better. clients assume all coding costs nothing albeit ACTUAL coding still costs something.
Well written cold outreach to me; matches all things I would expect from someone educated IN SWITZERLAND writing such outreach; I would like to give this guy a job. It's just technically really extremely hard
I repied "Deine Nachricht ist extrem gut geschrieben.
