She demanded the other car reverse, even though she was the one going the wrong way The black woman gets out of her car with a crowbar, beats the driver going the right way, breaks all her windows, lights, windshield, beats her so bad she has to go to the hospital The black woman, even though she was caught on camera during the incident has not been arrested or faced consequences. The investigation is ongoing. The woman is very clearly shown multiple times in the video, how could the LAPD possibly not make an arrest yet…. Makes no sense
