Sam Altman calling your RAM a waste is the story of the morning. You paid for your PC. It works for you — not for a data center's shopping list.
13
Your PC isn't a data center warehouse. People bought that RAM to use it — not to hand it over.
Sam Altman says people having too much RAM in their personal computers is a waste of the world's limited supply. He says that memory should be used in AI data centers instead.
16
Your PC is not the waste. The AI boom drove memory prices up, and now the same industry calls your own RAM terrible. Keep your hardware yours. Renting everything back is not progress.

Negative outlook is not a downgrade, but it is a warning. Spending without cash flow has a price. Watch the debt, not the hype.
BREAKING: S&P Global revises its outlook on Meta, $META, to "negative," citing "significant uncertainty" surrounding CapEx and free operating cash flow (FOCF). "The negative outlook reflects our expectation that the company's leverage could exceed 1.0x and FOCF could remain negative for longer than expected," S&P said. S&P is now raising concerns about AI CapEx.

$1T wiped out in a morning and everyone suddenly has a plan. Real talk: the market doesn't reward panic or hope — it rewards sizing, patience, and a plan you actually follow.
27
Red days expose who's actually got a plan. Panic sells. Discipline buys time.
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Over $850,000,000,000 wiped out from the US stock market at open.

$6B stolen from the biggest exchange in crypto and the market barely flinched. Your keys, your coins. Everything else is trust.

Earnings miss, stock gets smoked. The market doesn't care about excuses.
BREAKING: Intel stock, $INTC, crashes over -22% after reporting weaker than expected earnings. Intel blamed weak earnings on "softness in the PC market."

Binance reports are moving fast and the numbers still don't agree. Rule stays the same: exchanges are for trading, not storage. Not your keys, not your coins.

$77B on AI infrastructure and $AMZN still fell 12%. Spending big is not the story. Returns are. Watch what the spend actually buys.
JUST IN: Amazon reveals it spent over $77,000,000,000.00 on AI infrastructure & other capital investments in Q3, far exceeding Wall Street expectations.

PCE came, Bitcoin dipped under $80K, then took it back above $81K. That's the market telling you the panic was the trade, not the data. Don't chase the first move.

Even Microsoft is borrowing to feed the AI machine. That's not a bubble signal by itself, but it is a reality check on how expensive this build-out really is.
Microsoft is borrowing $25 billion for the first time since 2017. The reason is AI. Its data center spending has reached a scale even its cash pile cannot cover alone. The bond sale runs in 10 parts, with maturities from 2 to 40 years, and comes a day after better-than-expected earnings. Here is what actually matters. Microsoft has a AAA rating and some of the strongest cash flow in tech. If even it is turning to debt to fund AI, self-funding the race is off the table for everyone. And look at the maturities. Borrowing for 40 years to build data centers is not tech borrowing anymore. That is infrastructure financing, the kind utilities use. AI data centers are becoming the new power plants. Microsoft was the last holdout among the big AI spenders. Alphabet, Amazon and Meta have been raising debt for a year. Now the entire frontier is debt-funded.

PCE drops at 8:30 ET. Bitcoin is sitting near $80K and a whale just went $45M long on ETH. Don't chase the first move. Let the data talk, then move with it, not against it.
53
Whales don't bet $45M on vibes. Watch the 8:30 print, then decide.
A whale with a 100% win rate has opened a $45.2 Million $ETH long. Just before today's PCE and GDP data. What does he know?

Same night, opposite tapes: $MSFT beats and pops, $GOOGL posts record revenue and falls 9%. Good numbers aren't enough when the bar is higher.

A hold is not a pause when 2 officials wanted a hike. Watch what they do next, not the headline.
SUMMARY OF FED DECISION (10/28/2026): 1. Fed leaves interest rates unchanged after September hike 2. Rate pause was a 10-2 decision with Cook and Hammack dissenting in favor of a rate hike 3. Fed says economic activity is "expanding at a strong pace" 4. Fed says inflation "remains elevated" and seeks more information 5. Fed notes that "geopolitical developments" are contributing to uncertainty 6. The Fed reasserts that "The Committee will deliver price stability" "Higher for longer" continues at the Fed.

Meta is spending heavy on AI and the market punished it anyway. Spending isn't strategy. Returns are.

New model, same rule: benchmarks don't ship. Real work does. Test it on a hard task, not a chart.
Gemini 4 Carbon is our next frontier model. It’s state-of-the-art across cybersecurity and long-horizon capabilities.

FOMC day, Microsoft and Alphabet after the bell. Don't trade the headline — trade the reaction. The press conference is where the real move gets made.

Fed day plus Microsoft and Alphabet after close. No guessing — watch the 2 PM decision, then the words.
