In 2023, after news of the $4 billion fine, Gulf, our partner in Thailand, asked: “do you need help with cash liquidity?” We didn’t, but I appreciated the gesture.
Today: “know you can cover, but we are here if needed.”
Strong partners show in tough times. 🙏

You, you filthy rat—just like me!
Today, I’m going to share my strategy for completing the bounty board in @playwildforest.
I focus on maximizing my assets here; the strategy revolves around completing as many missions as possible in a single action.
- Burning units in the forge: I only burn non-NFT units. This way, I keep my NFT units available for the marketplace, and I don’t have to spend tokens to make them useful.
- Spending essence in the shop gives me a chance to pull rare units—which is pure profit, since the value of the essence is higher than the cost of a pack. If I pull an "uncommon" unit, the chest practically pays for itself; if it’s a "common" unit, well, that’s the bare minimum—still an expense, though.
- I burn the units I like the least, or those I won’t need for "rank-ups." I also tend to treat units from League 6 and up as having higher rarity or greater strength within my unit supply.
- I have an excess of gold but a shortage of shards, which prevents me from leveling up my units. So, I invest that surplus into the bounty board—an excellent way to generate $WF tokens for "free" (well, not exactly free—I’ve poured many hours of my life into these accounts!).
- I’m putting a very important—yet underappreciated (and, admittedly, underdeveloped)—in-game feature to good use: the forge.
- As for the tokens I earn weekly from the #BountyBoard? I HODL them... just kidding! I actually spend them on rerolls—but that’s a conversation for another time!
And that’s how I keep on being #LORDish.

genesis is our biggest release to date, the full @playcambria MMORPG.
everything starts w/ Founding Charters (4,096), which forms the genesis of the Crown Treasury ingame, a "prize pool" that's managed like a central bank - deploy Charters to earn from the game eco.
no WL giveaways, no collabs, and no free mints for Founding Charters. only way to get in is to apply. our onchain profiling tech helps us evaluate your onchain activity, holdings, and X presence to hand curate a starting group of adventurers and traders for Voyage I.
Viceroy phase opens Wednesday at 11am ET, GTD / FCFS opens Thursday. mint price TBD. this mint is where the initial mainnet economy starts, with all mint revenue going towards the Crown Treasury (yield) Fund or RSGP Fund deployed over the first few weeks to kickstart the flywheel.
note: Genesis is a fresh start - historical Cambria holdings and other progress helps in your application, but these are by no means required. Founding Charter minters = first generation of Genesis players.
This is so far the most well designed economy I have seen so far.
I just hope the “incentives” from treasury will flow back into the system. That is to allow assets to slowly accrue value instead of letting gold remain at the same exchange rate.
Assets has to accrue real value over time to create demands for long term holders.
+points for having a web3 foundation. Economy by the people, for the people, of the people
This makes me really sad that @AxieInfinity is going backwards and becoming more and more like a web2 studio

An Important Update on Kojin’s Direction
I want to share an important update about the future of Kojin, especially for community members who may not yet be aware of the change.
Kojin is moving away from the previous Unreal Engine experiences, including the 3-player PvE mode. Going forward, development will focus entirely on Battle of Doragon, a browser-based strategy game built around the Kojin ecosystem.
This was not a quick or easy decision. The previous modes were enjoyed by a dedicated group of players, and I’m genuinely grateful to everyone who played, tested, and supported them. However, enjoyment alone was not translating into the player growth or revenue projections needed to sustainably maintain and expand an Unreal Engine game.
As a solo developer, continuing down that path, or attempting to maintain two fundamentally different games, would limit how far I could take either one. A browser-based game gives Kojin several important advantages:
It can be played on virtually any device without a download.
It is more realistic for me to develop, operate, and expand consistently.
It is better suited to the habits and accessibility expectations of the Web3 community.
It has a stronger opportunity to generate sustainable revenue for continued development and the wider Kojin ecosystem.
For these reasons, the previous Unreal Engine modes will not remain on the roadmap. I understand that this direction will not appeal equally to everyone, particularly those who connected strongly with the PvE experience, and I respect that.
This decision is about giving Kojin the strongest realistic opportunity to grow. The goal is to build an accessible strategy game with meaningful progression, competition, and long-term reasons to participate, not simply to recreate a smaller version of what existed before.
The earlier experiences will always be an important part of Kojin’s history, but the browser-based Battle of Doragon is its future.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey. I’m excited to show you what comes next.
