@TheO2 customer service is appalling. I submitted a support form on 17th October. Told I’d get a reply within 28 days and still nothing except a ticket number. There is no way of chasing for an update other than email which gets ignored. I just want to speak to a person!

A very sad day. Queen Elizabeth II, the UK's longest-serving monarch, has died at Balmoral aged 96, after reigning for 70 years. I painted this a few years ago & later made into a card & actually sent 1 to Her Majestic & she wrote back saying thank u for painting my portrait! ❤️
