Nah this isn't true it's just black fighters have a style that's good at beating mexican fighters, you can say the same with soviets to black fighters. Elite black fighters usually lose to (often rob) elite soviet fighters (Ward-Kovalev, Crawford-Madrimov, Loma-Haney)
