Disgusting behaviour from GWR if they did cancel it and then uncancel it. You shouldn't have to check to see if it's uncancelled - who does that? You should be given delay repay for the delay you suffered due to the cancellation.

@LNRailway lots of confusion at Euston as you announced platform 7 for the 1146 to Crewe and then just one announcement to alter it to platform 6 - can you make an announcement on the train on platform 7 please? Lots of people on it trying to go to Crewe.

Hi @MetCC are you actually investigating this guy dumping a cat next to a flytip as a crime? I've done half your job by getting the exact date and time + footage of it happening, but your officers seem very confused as to whether you're investigating it as a crime.
Ultimately, that's all the info I have. Here's the cat - we named her Scrabble. She's at the Celia Hammond rescue in Canning Town now, as I've already told you. They say it looks like she recently had kittens before she was dumped.

I've tried sending the second bit of footage and details but your most recent response was that your neighbourhood response team wouldn't investigate this sort of crime - but you told me to email them.
One of your officers on the phone said you were going to investigate it as a crime after I linked Legislation.gov.uk to you - following two messages telling me to contact an animal charity. But I've had a call since then where the officer had no clue I'd got another call.
