Blessed & Grateful to have just finished up my college career at GGC. Now looking for professional opportunities.
Also have 1 year of eligibility at a NCAA D1.

SS looks ready for a rollover GB.
This is Crowder College RHP Jacob Misiorowski. Was a big draft name in 2020, but has taken his game to another level. Reportedly touched 102 today. Low release height. Power slider up to 87. Flirts with a CB. Big spin rates.

"Failure is a learning opportunity. Failure is growth."
Growth doesn't happen when everything goes right. It happens when players are given the opportunity to fall short, learn from the experience, and have coaches who help them get back up and move forward.
The goal isn't to eliminate failure. The goal is to use it as part of the development process.

17 guys off the 2025 team signed professional contracts, now 2 signed with affiliate teams and more coming. Goes to show how many guys D1 coaches miss on. Food for thought.
Austin Testerman has signed a free agent contract within Major League Baseballās Cleveland Guardians organization. The right-hander went 6-2 during 16 appearances across the 2024 and 2025 seasons.

I played for this man for 3 years. He came to my wedding and traveled to watch me play in the big leagues many times. He gave me a D1 scholarship when no one else wanted a 5-11 175lb catcher from Florida. He meant more to me than any other coach Iāve ever played for, and that is saying a lot.
If it wasnāt for him, I wouldnāt have had the mental toughness, mentality, or grit this game demands of you in order to play at this baseballs highest level.
I have a quote I like to tell my players.
āIf you donāt like it, play better.ā
The game of baseball is strictly merit based. You have to earn it. Even at the youth level.
Ages 12 and below, Iām good with everyone playing and learning the game. Above that age, then you have to earn your spot. There is a point where the player has to choice to work for it, or not. Puberty is the time that it generally happens in my opinion.
As a side note, if your kid isnāt the best player when heās 12, donāt panic. Development takes time, and once puberty hits, the physical change happens quick.
RIP Coach Robe.

Excellent watch for hitters as well.
Talent isnāt everything.
What can you do with it?
How well can you think?
How well can you be consistent?

Fernando Mendoza shares a great insight on delayed gratification and what we can all learn from the Stoics.
"Delayed gratification is a concept that was brought up by Stoicism and by the Stoics. I think it's one of the greatest attributes. If you're able to have delayed gratification and discipline in yourself and discipline in your process and preparation, you're able to execute every single week."
Delayed Gratification = Perseverance + Patience + Hard Work
It means showing up, doing the work, and staying committed even when the results aren't instant.
"I think our team has done a great job of keeping that delayed gratification at the forefront."
Simple concept. Hard to execute.

In 2016, Pleasant Grove was 0-6 and struggling, Josh Gibson switched the Hawks offense, they won six straight (2 playoff games), they then went 16-0, 14-2 and 15-1 w/2 state titles the next 3 years and have made at least the 3rd round ten straight seasons...unreal run #txhsfb
