It’s so disappointing that @axs can’t manage a presale without glitches and crashing. I wanted to see #HayleyWilliams in Nashville but the when I got into the presale, it wouldn’t let me check out with any tickets I put in my cart, then kicked me out and put me back in the queue
Once it let me back in after waiting in the queue AGAIN, everything was sold out. We need to reform the way ticket sales work so people can actually see the artists they love without getting scalped because places like @axs can’t get it together.
