When the snap election was called, I wrote three categories on my office whiteboard:
1. URGENT
2. Important
3. Later
Finding a campaign manager was URGENT.
Thanks to some mutual friends, I was fortunate to be connected with @CamEhl1 and blessed that he said YES to run our campaign in Vancouver-Langara.
Words can't describe what his presence meant for our success. All I can say is: THANK YOU CAM 💙
Congrats to Premier-Designate @LDoerkson on a decisive win last night! British Columbians are in good hands. I was thankful to be @jaimestein’s campaign manager in Vancouver-Langara! He will be an excellent MLA! #bcpoli
One of the hardest working candidates out there. He was knocking on doors rain or shine! Vancouver-Langara is in good hands! #bcpoli

Thank you, British Columbia.
Tonight, you voted for change. You voted for a government that will listen, keep life affordable, and never take your hard-earned money for granted.
I want to thank every volunteer who knocked on doors, made calls, and put up signs in the rain. I want to thank our candidates, who stepped forward in a snap election with no time to spare. And I want to thank my wife Shelley and my family for standing beside me every step of the way.
To those who didn’t vote for us: I will work just as hard for you. This is your government too.
The work starts now. Let’s get to it.

Thank you, Surrey! 2,500 of you packed the room tonight, and the energy was incredible. I’m so grateful to every single person who came out.
Looking at that crowd, I saw the people who keep British Columbia going. Hard workers. Builders. Families who’ve given so much to this province and deserve a government that finally works just as hard for them.
Surrey is ready for change and strong leadership.
On October 24th, vote Conservative.
Proud to stand with our leader, Lorne Doerkson.
On the doorsteps of Vancouver-Langara, I keep hearing the same thing: after 9️⃣ years of the NDP, life costs more and services are worse. People are tired of it.
David Eby saw an opportunity for himself. We see an opportunity for you.
Lorne Doerkson and the Conservative team have a costed plan, ready from day one, to get the economy moving, bring your costs down, fix health care and make our streets safe.
Strong leadership for serious times.
🔵 On Saturday, VOTE FOR JAIME STEIN and the Conservative Party of BC.
I've known Alex McMillan since high school, nearly 30 years now, and I'm proud to be running alongside him.
From the BC Chamber of Commerce to his own consultancy, Alex knows how to grow an economy and get BC building again. That's the experience we need to make life affordable for families in our province.
⭐️ Vancouver-Point Grey, you have the chance to replace David Eby with a builder. Vote Alex McMillan on October 24th.

🤝Jaime Stein and I went to high school together, and now we're both running for the BC Conservatives. If elected, we'll work as a team in Victoria for the people of Vancouver-Langara and Vancouver-Point Grey.
Jaime has earned your vote. I'd be honoured to earn yours. #BCpoli
MENTAL HEALTH IS NOT A PHOTO OPPORTUNITY. IT’S A LIFELINE FOR FAMILIES WHO NEED REAL ACTION.
As a woman, a mother, and someone who has worked tirelessly to advocate for women and families, I believe mental health deserves far more than headlines, photo opportunities, and political promises. It deserves action, accountability, and real solutions.
I listened to women. I listened to families who were struggling. I heard their stories, their pain, and their frustration with a system that too often leaves mothers suffering in silence.
And I took action.
I introduced my Private Member’s Bill, the Perinatal and Postnatal Mental Health Strategy Act (Bill M204). It received unanimous support and became law on May 29, 2025. We made history because I believed no mother should have to fight alone for the care she needs, and no family should have to suffer without support.
But passing legislation was never the finish line. It was the beginning.
For a year and a half, families have been waiting for answers about the progress of the strategy. The NDP missed its deadline to deliver a perinatal mental health strategy, leaving mothers and families waiting for the support they deserve.
Now, David Eby is making another announcement on an issue where his government has failed to deliver on its commitments.
Women and families deserve more than another promise. They deserve results.
Today, I am proud to stand with our Conservative team as we commit to real action on women’s mental health and health care:
✅ Fund Canada’s first Perinatal Mental Health Unit at BC Women’s Hospital.
✅ Fund a women’s hospital in Surrey to meet the needs of our growing communities.
✅ Deliver the perinatal mental health strategy so mothers, babies, and families can access the support they need, when they need it.
This is about more than politics. It is about mothers who are struggling, partners who don’t know where to turn, and babies who deserve healthy beginnings. It is about making sure no family is left behind to navigate these challenges on their own.
I did not introduce Bill M204 for a headline or a photo opportunity. I did it because I listened, I cared, and I believed we could do better.
Mental health is not a political prop. It is a matter of life, dignity, and the well-being of our families.
On October 24, vote for action. Vote for accountability. Vote for better health care for women and families.
Vote Conservative.
