Delighted to resign with this special club. Feel like a proper adopted Bristolian babber nowadays, looking forward to seeing AG pumping Friday night… Happy Christmas all 🎄 🐻 🍺
A key ⚙️ in the #BristolBears machine 👊
Super @james_will24 is the latest player to commit his future to the club ✍️🐻
Bit of fun with my mates when I could swing a club ⛳️
Surgery’s gone really well, Tendon reattached 😅 rehab has started … looking forward to seeing the boys entertain again today 🐻
Cheers for well wishes over last few weeks x

A catch up with a few of the @BristolBears squad as they enjoy a round of golf! ⛳️
Mum’s completed the 10 mile run yesterday ✅
1.5 mile sea swim this afternoon ⏳
& 150 miles on the bike tomorrow … all in the pursuit to find a cure for Parkinsons 🧡 any donations would be huge. Thank you 🙏

HERESY! Drivel question. Rugby is one of the last bastions of heroism in a country coddled and domesticated to the detriment of adventure, confrontation, camaraderie and risk. Let’s just vicariously try to emulate it from media and video games, it’ll work out well. Sad times.
Is rugby bad for kids? 🏉
A group of researchers say high-impact sports including rugby are “abusive to a child’s brain”.

Sad. Proper club with some top people involved.
Had some brilliant away days heading to Jersey, some of the best memories on and off the pitch.
Cutting funding to £150,000 per champ team… this is inevitably what you get. How many current Prem players have played for Jersey …
Jersey Reds regret to confirm that the club ceased trading yesterday. Details: tinyurl.com/yevzzyja 🇯🇪😢
Class to meet some young Bears 🔥 🐻 🤝
