I’ve been rethinking individual development planning. The process doesn’t need to be complicated: Reflect. Discuss. Agree on one or two priorities. Follow through. The quality of the conversation matters more than the template.

One thing I've realised while facilitating workshops: The best outcome isn't getting everyone to agree. It's getting everyone to understand the problem the same way.

AI gives us an opportunity to rethink where our time is best spent - whether that's creating new content, improving learning experiences, or solving more meaningful problems. The technology is exciting, but the strategy behind it is what will make the biggest difference.

One thing I’ve learned as a leader: You don’t build trust by having all the answers. You build it by listening, being curious, and following through on what you can change. The follow-through matters just as much as the conversation.

I’m not a software engineer. I’m a design leader experimenting with Codex. You don’t need to know everything before you start. Most days involve asking questions, breaking things, fixing them, and trying again. It’s been one of the best learning experiences I’ve had in a while.
