An upset Florida dad storms into his son's school and demands he take his son home because they forced the boy to participate in an anti-ICE protest without his consent.
"This is for school, this isn't for, kids shouldn't be involved in that! This is for learning.
I have to leave work because while I'm working, I have to worry about what you're manipulating my kids into listening to.
It's bullshit. It's fake media. I want my son out of here now!"

OH MY GOD. The head of Washington's public school system just said it's NOT unfair for the Camas girls to have to race against a boy because "their brains aren't fully developed." HUH? This is the same guy who thinks kids should be able to chop their genitals off. SCREW YOU CHRIS REYKDAL.

25 years ago today Welles Crowther gave his life helping others on 9/11. This is the best story @espn has ever done. Share it with your kids and any others who may not have been alive on 9/11 and don’t know what true bravery in the face of evil is.

God hears your prayers. He sees your faithfulness. He sees you believing when you don’t see things changing, thanking Him when you could be complaining. Your time is coming. You wouldn’t be reading this if God didn’t have breakthroughs coming your way.

God doesn’t expect you to be strong all the time. He understands there will be times that we get weary. The good news is He doesn’t fault us for feeling weak. The scripture says, “When you are weak, He is strong.”

When you stay in faith when you don’t understand, you’re going to come into blessings that you don’t understand. When you trust God when it doesn’t make sense, you’re going to come into favor that doesn’t make sense.

It's interesting to read the ruling. In one section the Secretary cites two board member comments as evidence that the Board was actually trying to silence teachers' voices by issuing the unilateral three-year contract. 9/19

Happening now: students at several SMSD schools are outside protesting because they say they don’t agree with the district’s latest teacher contract. @41actionnews

I’d say there’s over a hundred students out here protesting wanting a better teacher contact. They say their teachers should be making more money. @41actionnews
