I just completed an important phase in my recovery journey, Had to take an injection by myself everyday for 3 months (p.s, my surgeon taught me how to) and it came with side effects.. vomiting, rashes, body weakness. Thanks to everybody who’s supporting me so far,God bless you.

You're afraid to start that course at 30 because you'll be 35 when you finish. But in 5 years, you'll be 35 anyway. So you might as well be 35 with the degree. 35 with the new career. 35 with the business you kept saying "one day" to. The time will pass whether you start or not. The difference is where you’ll be when it does. You can be 35 still talking about it. Still watching other people do it. Still telling yourself "I'm too old now." Or you can be 35 living the life you wanted at 30. You think 5 years is a long time to start. It's an even longer time to stay stuck. Time won't wait for you to feel ready. Start scared. Start unsure. But start now.

Let’s normalize taking our kids on a trip for their birthday instead of feeding people who don’t even ask about them.

Buy your child a book every month and take them on a date to discuss it. talk about the characters like they’re real people. argue about their decisions. debate the lessons over food and drinks. Don’t just raise children. raise readers.

A lady had been having serial miscarriages since she got married. She had lost four pregnancies, and each time she became pregnant, she would start antenatal care early, take her medications and follow her doctor's instructions, yet she still couldn't carry the pregnancy to term. After the fourth miscarriage, she was referred to another doctor who decided to run more tests on her and her husband, including their blood group and rhesus factor. The woman was O negative while her husband was O positive. The doctor explained that being Rh negative does not mean a woman cannot have children or that she will automatically have miscarriages. The concern is that if an Rh negative mother carries an Rh positive baby, fetal blood can sometimes enter her bloodstream during pregnancy or delivery. Her body can then become sensitized and produce antibodies against Rh positive blood. Those antibodies can cause complications in a later Rh positive pregnancy. The doctor also explained that anti D immunoglobulin can help prevent Rh sensitization when it is given at the appropriate time during pregnancy or after certain pregnancy events, such as miscarriage, bleeding or delivery, depending on the circumstances. The woman had never been told any of this during her previous pregnancies. She became pregnant again and this time received proper monitoring and the necessary treatment. She eventually had a healthy baby. What shocked me about this story is that many women know their blood group but have never been told their rhesus factor or what it means for pregnancy. And this is where I think we need to talk more about it. Are you Rh positive or Rh negative? If you are Rh negative, did your doctor ever explain anti D injection to you during pregnancy? And for women who have experienced rhesus incompatibility, what was your experience? Please share your experience. Someone reading the comments may learn something that could help them.

⚠️THIS IS VERY CONCERNING!!!⚠️ My Wife Quit Coca-Cola For Fresh Orange Juice, What We discovered Next Was Unbelievable. - Prof. Yemi Osinbajo SAN These guys has made sure that eating "Healthy" is a death wish.... I remember Pastor Chris would teach us to keep away from these poisonous fruits especially the GMOs... Pastor Chris said they're preserving the apple at the cost of preserving your life, the fruits you're taking was designed to last longer than you.

Babies think they are part of their mothers bodies for nearly a year. Their nervous system still registers your body as theirs. Your heartbeat. Your smell. Your warmth. To them It is survival. Here's why rushing independence too soon costs more than just sleep. 👇
