Just finished #Murph2021. 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run. No vest. 5/10/15 cycle on the pull-ups, push-ups and air squats. Bands halfway through pull-ups. A lot of walking on the second mile. 64:19 #MemorialDay

Recently, while listening to the audiobook version of Atomic Habits, by @JamesClear (he’s the narrator), I thought I heard him say, “habit snacking”, when in reality he said, “habit stacking”… now I can’t get the former out of my head.

While I know my kids are anxious for in-person classes to return it seems like the last year of remote classes hold lessons for possible future change. I enjoy the occasional slow morning due to “asynchronous” days. Maybe Fridays just become a remote day?

This morning I put on my American flag socks. Regardless of the outcome of this election, I'm praying for peace. There are realities greater than who sits in Washington DC.

Seeing as it's election day, does this mean I'll stop getting 1 million spam text messages a day? One can only hope.
