If the NHS #COVID19 checker was a #chatbot and had #AI powers

what the NHS 111 Covid-19 checker form could look like with a bit of conversational AI. I hope you'll agree it is a bit more engaging, and would provide the authorities with more data about people's symptoms.

So I may have the cognitive ability to write code, and create chatbots, but I clearly don’t have the common sense to navigate the DLR! Managed to get lost on both my inward and outward journeys! #notFromTheBigCity

I'm just preparing for a workshop on #digital #accessibility that I am giving next week - it strikes me that chatbots have accessibility baked in, and can make the user experience better for everyone #accessibilityforall
Does this data suggest that wealthy brits have plenty of friends to have fun with, or that they value a beach bod significantly more than close relationships - if it’s the latter then that is really really depressing!
Wealthy Brits (whose households earn over £100,000 a year) would rather be richer than have more friends. The top things they wish they had more of: Time: 48% Better body: 43% Travel: 40% Money: 40% Fun: 26% Patience: 26% Better health: 24% Friends: 23% yougov.co.uk/topics/relation…

I think we still have a way to go with NLP/AI chatbots to make them really reliable - but this example looks like the developer didn't spend any time training their AI!
It's easy to make a chatbot but it is difficult to make a good one. Steve Worswick on #chatbot frustration at #ENTER2020
