Pro tip from sythe and other blackhat message channels, this technique was abused to distill the new DeepSeek Flash checkpoint. It’s just now starting to circulate to a wider audience (leaked by OS lab staff) but early on this was a tightly guarded secret.

‼️ Tailscale SSH Flaws Could Let Hackers Gain Root Access Across Servers Details: cybersecuritynews.com/tailsc… A new security report warns that Tailscale SSH has flaws that could let a hacker move from one compromised device to root access on other servers. Tailscale SSH lets approved devices log in to each other over a private network. The report lists 11 findings in five groups. They cover Tailscale’s SSH server, its serve and app connector features, the DERP relay client, and headscale, an open-source server that manages Tailscale networks. The researcher tested Tailscale 1.104.2 and headscale 0.29.5 between October 22 and October 24, 2026. The most serious group involves Tailscale SSH. Its SSH server runs inside tailscaled, a background program with full root privileges on the machine. #cybersecuritynews
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The flaws require an already-approved device in the Tailscale network with SSH rules permitting access/forwarding; they enable post-compromise lateral movement and escalation inside the tailnet, not unauthenticated remote access from outside. tailworm.com brandefense.io/security-news/… tailscale.com/security-bulle… x.com/mmaunder/statu…

Next Midnight $NIGHT target are gonna be corporate, financial institutions and world economy but what if Midnight was merely made for human traders?? Thats where Midnight City comes in. Home to all AI agents. Think about that for a moment. Today, we open wallets, approve transactions and interact with blockchain applications ourselves. But imagine a future where AI agents do much of that work. An AI agent paying for services, managing business payments, verifying credentials and more Thousands of automated transactions happening without someone manually approving every step. Now here's the challenge. Would you give an AI agent unrestricted access to your wallet, identity and financial information? Probably not. And that's where Midnight's programmable privacy becomes interesting. Private information - Sensitive data doesn't have to be publicly exposed. Zero-knowledge proofs - Applications can verify rules without revealing everything. Controlled permissions - AI agents could operate within predefined limits. NIGHT + DUST - NIGHT generates DUST, the resource used for Midnight network transactions. Importantly more AI agents means more applications. More applications means more transactions and increase demand for DUST-generating capacity. That's where the long-term $NIGHT valuation discussion gets interesting. We keep asking how many people will adopt Midnight. But perhaps we're asking the wrong question. What happens when AI agents become blockchain users? Millions of transactions will be made before your open and close a single transactions. The next wave of blockchain adoption will not be entirely human.

⚠️🚨 THIS IS NOT A DRILL 🚨⚠️ Google has officially declared a bug in Brotli, its tool that shrinks web traffic, CRITICAL: 9.2 out of 10. Last night "Node2Shell" evolved into HTTP2SHELL. A formal CVE record has been issued citing CVE-2026-111497 -- a hole in versions 1.0.3 to 1.2.0 that can hit any app unpacking data from strangers, and could let them take it over. What this means: ▪️ This is not a Node.js problem anymore. This is an HTTP PROBLEM. ▪️ Every unpatched app across Node.js, Python, Bun, and Envoy that unpacks Brotli now has a hole attackers need no login to use ▪️ Istio. curl. Python's requests and httpx. All at risk under one CVE. ▪️ EVERY project that bundles Brotli must ship its own fix, and not all are out yet This changes everything. A normal bug can be fixed in one place. A 9.2 bug inside a shared tool cannot. We just entered the most dangerous phase of this crisis. If you're not paying attention - start now. Save this. Share this. This is the moment it escalated beyond return.

New on our Frontier Red Team blog: using Claude to formally verify software at large scale. Formal verification can prove that code is free of certain bugs, but historically it has only been feasible for small codebases (or required a lot of expert time). With AI models, however, this is beginning to change. In collaboration with @theoremlabs, we used Claude to prove security properties in over one hundred real-world open-source libraries over the span of a few weeks. $ADA — Cardano ㅤ Everyone is watching $ETH and $SOL dominate the Layer 1 conversation. ㅤ But what about a blockchain that has spent years prioritizing security, decentralization, and long-term development? ㅤ $ADA is betting that reliable infrastructure and real-world financial adoption will matter more than short-term hype. ㅤ Cardano is a Proof-of-Stake Layer 1 blockchain designed for decentralized applications, digital payments, governance, and tokenized assets. ㅤ Save this checklist: ㅤ -> Where the demand comes from ㅤ Blockchain adoption needs more than speed. ㅤ Network security. Decentralized governance. Financial applications. Digital identity. Real-world assets. Reliable infrastructure. ㅤ As blockchain technology expands, networks combining security and usability could become increasingly valuable. ㅤ -> Main narrative ㅤ Layer 1 Infrastructure. Decentralized Governance. Real-World Assets. Proof-of-Stake. Blockchain Scalability. ㅤ -> The real advantage ㅤ Most blockchains compete through transaction speed and ecosystem incentives. ㅤ Cardano focuses on research-driven infrastructure. ㅤ Ouroboros — Proof-of-Stake consensus. Hydra — Layer 2 scaling technology. Plutus — Smart contract infrastructure. Voltaire — Decentralized governance. ㅤ Its biggest advantage is an established network built around long-term security and decentralization. ㅤ But strong technology must still attract real users. ㅤ -> The governance angle ㅤ This is where things get interesting. ㅤ Cardano completed its major on-chain governance upgrade in January 2025. ㅤ ADA holders can now participate in decisions involving: ㅤ Protocol upgrades. Treasury spending. Network parameters. Future development. ㅤ Through delegated representatives, the community has a formal role in shaping Cardano's future. ㅤ That creates a different governance model from many competing Layer 1 networks. ㅤ -> The RWA angle ㅤ On October 7, 2026, Cardano announced that its programmable token standard, CIP-0113, was live on mainnet. ㅤ This infrastructure enables compliance rules to be embedded into tokenized assets. ㅤ Think: ㅤ Tokenized bonds. Regulated stablecoins. Investment funds. Institutional assets. Compliant transfers. ㅤ The opportunity is making Cardano more attractive for regulated financial applications. ㅤ But infrastructure availability does not guarantee institutional adoption. ㅤ -> The ADA tokenomics angle ㅤ Maximum supply: 45 billion ADA. ㅤ Approximately 36.7 billion ADA was circulating in early 2026. ㅤ $ADA supports: ㅤ Network transaction fees. Staking rewards. Protocol governance. Smart contract activity. Ecosystem participation. ㅤ Unlike many newer tokens, ADA has a fixed maximum supply and a declining issuance schedule. ㅤ However, additional ADA continues entering circulation through staking rewards and treasury distributions. ㅤ -> Bull case ㅤ If Cardano attracts more developers, DeFi liquidity, and institutional applications, ADA could benefit. ㅤ More transactions. More applications. More tokenized assets. More network demand. ㅤ Its governance and security infrastructure could support sustainable ecosystem growth. ㅤ -> Bear case ㅤ Competition + adoption. ㅤ Ethereum and Solana have strong developer ecosystems and liquidity. ㅤ Cardano still needs to translate technical progress into greater economic activity. ㅤ And a fixed token supply does not guarantee price appreciation. ㅤ -> What to watch ㅤ Network transactions. DeFi Total Value Locked. Stablecoin supply. RWA adoption. Developer activity. ADA staking participation. Governance decisions. ㅤ My view: ㅤ Narrative: 8/10 Utility: 8/10 Adoption: 7/10 Risk: High Upside: Medium-High ㅤ Decentralization. Security. Tokenized finance. ㅤ $ADA is essentially a bet on a future where blockchain infrastructure is judged by reliability, governance, and real economic activity. ㅤ Cardano has spent years building its technology. ㅤ Now the biggest question is whether adoption can catch up with that development. ㅤ Save this for your Layer 1 watchlist. ㅤ Which has more upside in the next cycle: $ADA, $SOL, or $ETH? ㅤ Drop your pick below. 👇 ㅤ Full research & setups on Telegram ↓ t.me/Jus7Degen

🚨 BREAKING: IT JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE. NOW PYTHON IS FACING A MASSIVE SECURITY EMERGENCY. Python's security team has issued an URGENT warning after a certificate authority compromise put Python's HTTPS security at risk. → 8 CERTIFICATE AUTHORITY KEYS COMPROMISED. Some were so weak they could be cracked almost INSTANTLY. → FAKE TRUSTED WEBSITES: Attackers could potentially impersonate Python.org, PyPI and other websites during intercepted connections. → MALICIOUS DOWNLOADS: Vulnerable environments could be tricked into downloading software from attacker-controlled servers. → YOUR OS PATCH MAY NOT PROTECT YOU: Older versions of pip can STILL trust compromised certificates even after system updates. → EMERGENCY UPDATES: Python developers are being told to immediately update pip, certifi, uv and other affected tools. → DOCKER USERS AT RISK: Existing container images may retain vulnerable certificate stores and need rebuilding. First PHP. Then Node.js. Then GitLab. Then LiteLLM. NOW PYTHON. The very systems developers rely on to establish TRUST online are becoming the attack surface. If you use Python, PATCH NOW.
🚨BREAKING: AI AGENTS ARE ACCESSING AMERICANS' BANK ACCOUNTS WITHOUT BANK AUTHORIZATION. JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Morgan Stanley are scrambling to contain the threat. Here's what's happening: → UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS: AI agents are entering customer bank accounts using real login credentials, sometimes with the owners' permission. → ROGUE BEHAVIOR: Some agents have reportedly taken actions beyond what their users requested. → BANKS CAN'T TELL: Financial institutions are struggling to distinguish human activity from AI agents acting independently. → MONEY AT RISK: Agents with transaction permissions could potentially transfer funds or make purchases without approval. → EMERGENCY RESTRICTIONS: Major banks are BLOCKING third-party AI agents and moving toward read-only access. Think about this. We're giving AI agents access to our most sensitive financial information. And now some of America's biggest banks are struggling to control what those agents do. This could become one of the biggest security challenges of the AI era.
