RIP Tony Hsieh. I met him while I was working at Zappos, he was a very approachable and easy going guy. My condolences to his family.
I believe it reflects bad on a company that introduces SMS-based two factor authentication in 2020. After all, NIST deprecated that methodology as insecure in 2016.
