The judge REJECTED their attempt to have the lawsuit dismissed on inconvenient-forum grounds. Secondly, it's bizarre that even when Owens scores a genuine legal victory, she still feels the need to LIE. She claims: "I was NEVER being sued for stating that Brigitte Macron was born a male." Yet on PAGE 8 of the judge's 56-page decision, it explicitly states: "Throughout the Series, Ms. Owens contended that Mrs. Macron is a biological man, that the Macrons are blood relatives, and that they abused levers of state power to keep the nature of their relationship a secret." The judge also identifies her allegations about Brigitte Macron's identity as a central part of the dispute. Owens however, wants her audience to believe this lawsuit was only about her claims involving MKUltra and an alleged identity theft. But the court's own description of the case proves this false. The Macrons also secured TWO significant procedural victories: -The court REFUSED to dismiss the lawsuit against Owens' two companies on inconvenient-forum grounds. -The court REJECTED the attempt to strike the Macrons' amended complaint. A potentially decisive statute-of-limitations question remains unresolved. So yes, Candace Owens won an important personal legal victory. But she was NOT vindicated on the merits, BOTH of her companies remain defendants, and the lawsuit is FAR from over.
