We need more people like @jaybothroyd in the mainstream media. Saying it how it is. Howard Webb is not fit for the role as these easy calls continue to be called incorrectly. Any other form of work you’d be disciplined or even sacked for such incompetence. Why does the “best league in the world” settle for this mediocrity? Arteta even called it out the evening before with the penalty call against Sunderland: “I'm sad that we have to discuss in such a beautiful game something at this level that has the gravity of that, because that changes the course of the season and it can cost you the championship. And at this level, with all the work that we put in, this cannot happen." There’s so many great officials and there’s so many who have no clue what they’re doing. Enough is enough and move the ones who can do the job properly into the roles.
