Here is my gripe with Ohio State fans saying the Cotton Bowl doesn’t matter: If they win that game their fans say we beat you with nobody. So why play the game if regardless you won’t give Mizzou credit? Clearly your university cared enough about it to play.
No we are celebrating because we heard all week Florida would whoop us and the opposite happened. You got your ass beat, shouldn’t have chirped so soon.
Even some of Mizzou’s own fanbase was trashing @CoachDrinkwitz after last week. Well they (along with @Brett_McMurphy) can stfu now. You asked Drink to win a big game, he did. None of this “oh well Florida isn’t a good team”. You can stfu and put the “Fire Drink” talk to bed.
