"John the Baptist was not born in the time of convenience for his parents, he was born in the time of his purpose."

God has a purpose for each and every one of us. We can choose a relationship with Him to fulfill that purpose.

Won’t repost the filth from the Olympics..
Disappointed but not surprised..not sure why it’s a part of the event..
But know this..
There was a last supper that led to an empty tomb.
A tomb that for three days held the body of the God-man Jesus who just prior to the tomb, indeed had a last supper with his disciples before he willingly climbed on a cross…
carrying with him, in a selfless act of grace, all the sins of all the world,
past, present and future sins…
and bore the wrath and judgement of a righteous and holy God so that we..
me, you, them, all of us.. would no longer be bound by the sins that entangle us..
but be set free from its grip on our minds, hearts, bodies and souls.. even free from the grip of death itself.
There was a last supper, that led to a blood covered cross, that led to an empty tomb. Proclaiming victory over sin, death, and hell.
So that we might be invited to an eternal banquet!
The last supper led to the 1st empty tomb.
A victory won. Thank you Jesus for the last supper.
Go read about in the Bible starting in
Matthew 26:17.

Harrison Butker tipped over all the sacred cows - abortion, IVF/surrogacy, anti-motherhood, anti-masculinity, etc - and instead promoted the enemies of our cultural rot: fatherhood, marriage, courage, purity, sacrifice, respecting the dignity of life. That’s why people are screeching. They don’t like their idols threatened, and they have a profound disdain for goodness and truth

You can’t cancel Easter. He has risen!
Easter is the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This is not “left verses right,” it is complete disrespect to every Christian in America. It is a mockery of the Christian faith when the president proclaims Easter Sunday as ‘Trans Day of Visibility’ and then bans children of national guard families from making eggs with religious symbols.

The Christian Super Bowl Ad They SHOULD Have Made
A group known as 'He Gets Us' released an advert during the Super Bowl which, whilst perhaps well intentioned, failed to convey anything of the gospel to the hundreds of millions who saw it.
Here's my take on what they should have done.
