Horrible experience From @amazon!
My friend purchased a @SamsungMobile S25 Ultra from @amazonIN and within just 12 days, its display became unusable (videos attached).
He was simply using it and it just turned white.
Contacted Amazon, but they just said that no. of days > 10.

I don't understand why should a customer have to settle for a screen replacement on a brand-new flagship phone barely 12 days after purchase.
@SamsungMobile guys suggested buying an insurance when my friend asked about how the screen replacement would affect the the IP rating
