Coffeyville CC head coach Jay Herkelman expects this year’s group to bring a different style to the floor — and the change is intentional. After featuring more size and strength on the interior in recent seasons, Herkelman believes this Coffeyville team will be built around length, athleticism, speed and versatility. “We’re going to be a little more long, athletic, fast… guys that are pretty interchangeable.” With multiple players capable of handling the ball and making decisions, along with a group Herkelman expects to shoot it well, the Red Ravens will have plenty of ways to attack. A different style is coming to Coffeyville this season.
